In addition to providing Hertsmere with attentive customer service across their social channels, Threekey were required to plan and implement a strategy to drive new membership applications.
Working closely with the Hertsmere Leisure centres, Threekey helped to create the membership ‘call to action’ and offer and ensured that this was effectively promoted across organic channels. In addition, Threekey set up the paid promotion campaign. Primarily using Facebook the core aim was to drive membership applications via on online form.
Threekey’s work delivered new applications, underlining that social media can be used to cost effectively grow Hertsmere’s business.
